Monitoring and Reporting

The Commission conducts regular monitoring of the human rights situation in Eswatini and produces comprehensive reports on various aspects of human rights and public administration.

Investigation of Human Rights Violations

The Commission investigates alleged human rights violations, cases of maladministration, and corruption in public service to ensure accountability and redress for victims.

Our Investigation Process:

  1. Complaint Reception: Receiving complaints from individuals or initiating investigations based on reports
  2. Initial Assessment: Evaluating complaints to determine jurisdiction and merit
  3. Full Investigation: Gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing documentation
  4. Findings and Recommendations: Producing reports with clear findings and recommendations
  5. Follow-up: Monitoring implementation of recommendations and providing support to victims
